River Rock Cabin, a pet-friendly vacation rental is very affordable. Our rates are as follows:
$175/nt; $200/nt holidays (2 nt min., 4 nt min. all holidays)
$950/wk; $1100/wk holidays. 7.75% sales tax, 4% occupancy tax(req'd by county)
50% Rental Deposit required with reservation/balance 30 days prior to arrival
No refunds issued for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
$100 cleaning fee/$200 sec. deposit/$25 NSF fee for returned checks. $75 pet fee.
Holidays for 2010: Feb 12-15, March 27-April 4, May 28-31, June 26-July 4,
Sept 3-6, Nov 20-28, Dec 18-Jan 2, 2011.
